Do their agents get them tickets as a bit of publicity for them, do the stars themselves book a seat, is it near some sort of celebriy hotspot or do the show invite them?

I think the show invite some and various agents also apply for tickets on behalf of their clients. Plus friends and family of course.

I would have thought Anthony Worrall Thompson would have been too scared to complain about anything.

Was wondering about that myself. I would have thought they would have been invited....they surely can't simply rely on the celebs to be inclined to attend.

I'm sure ITV has every phone number of every agent in the business so they probably invited them all. Free dinner and a little exposure is something no media whore would turn down!
