Nick can be pretty ruthless in his description of candidates, but when Adrian Chiles was leading him to say something about Debra regarding the shouting down of Nick in the boardroom, he seemed strangely careful if not apologetic of her behaviour.

"She's actually a pretty exciting woman" I think were his words.

Could that be a signal that Debra gets far in this competition? Considering they would never slag off a new apprentice.

Yes, it does give the impression that she turned things round after their clash in the boardroom. Can't say I like her much tho' or that I think she's a likely winner....but I can see her getting to the interview stage.

I sincerely hope not

Didn't they slag off Lee for his Pterodactyl impression?

I think Nick was just saying that he likes strong women (although I would class Debra as rude, rather than strong).

I certainly got the impression that he didn't want to criticise the merchandise ...

I think Nick is pretty fair. She is an exciting woman in my opinion. That doesn't change just because she was quite rude to him.

My guess is that Nick is too much of an old fashioned gent to be rude about a lady, even a scary giant one!

I reckon she'll get to the interview stage but i think those interview guys will absolutely detest her!
