Its pretty good
Worth a watch.
He does actually fire the ones who muck up on the task and doesnt always keep the loud ones
However the UK/US versions are simply bigger and better in terms of tasks, and the all round execution of filming

Sounds like Ireland had its own Katie Hopkins hate figure in Joanna Murphy.
Joanna was finally fired after it was discovered she had cheated on a task involving collecting as many recyclable goods as possible off the public for free.

Joanna was caught out when it was discovered that she had in fact emailed her husband asking him to rally the troops. She then got her friends to raid raid a local recycling plant and bring loads of goods to her depot i.e. 90% of the stuff they collected 'off the public in the street' actually came from her mates.
Its a wonder no one has thought of that before - get your husband and friends to come along and help you win a task by buying loads of your products etc.
I would have employed her - she had some b***s!

It's certainly discussed a lot on this forum. Whether the candidates have managed it in the past is another question.
