Fresh Cut Rhubarb - Boil or Bake?
My father in law has given us some fresh rhubarb from his garden.
He always boils it before eating but there are conflicting opinions on the web regarding cooking it. So how do we best enjoy rhubarb? |

Just simmer on a low heat, maybe with a bit of water to prevent burning, and sugar.

I just chop into 3 inch lengths and then bake for about with some caster sugar - cover with baking foil and bake for about 20 minutes
