Beef Dripping
It must be 30 years since I last had beef dripping on toast. I had it for my lunch today and it was absolutely de-lish. In fact I'm gonna have it tomorrow as well.

You've just got to buy meat from the butchers, beef with fat around it and then you get dripping from heaven. None of this supermarket prepacked stuff with reconstituted white gloop that they pass off as fat, it's vile and tastes nothing like the real thing.
Toast and dripping is delicious, I agree with you. |

Ordered the joint from the butcher and asked for extra fat, the only way to do it

I'd need to do a lot of roasts to get enough to fill up my deep fat fryer
