I caught the end of the 'one' show on BBC Monday night, Arlene was on with Jade (our eurovision representative) and Dominic and Christine were there. They were talking about how Adrian would get on on Strictly and to me it sounded like he is definately going to do it this year. Did anyone else see the interview and get the same impression?

I was just thinking - we need more, more, more Adrian Chiles! This guy is hardly on the TV - and so talented! 
It did sound possible, or they might just have been picking on him because he hasn't been on it yet, when Christine and Dom have.

It might be but I have a bad feeling that he's going to be. It seems set up a bit to me.
BTW, Arlene is certainly lacking in natural wit. When they showed her that video of the dancing parrot in Santiago it would have been obvious for her to say something along the lines of it's wings not being outstretched enough.
I really really hope Adrian Chiles is not on scd! I find him sooooooooo irritating, I used to always watch The One Show, but now can't stand it because of him and Christine.
He probably will be on next series.

I like Adrian so I wouldn't mind seeing him on there. As an alternativie, what about Hardeep Singh Kohli?

I love watching Hardeep but just can't see him taking it seriously which I would hate - IIRC he walked out on the Comic Relief Apprentice.
I love Hardeep. He is so amusing that he would improve any show he was on. I think he'd be great entertainment value on SCD, but not sure how good he would be at the dancing!
I adore Adrian. There's just something so lovable about him. He's grumpy yet amusing at the same time
