- I've often heard people complain about missing socks (touch of ocd here, so no lost socks as they are all folded into pairs when putting them away after laundering ), and seeing this story I wonder if we might finally have got to the bottom of the case of the missing socks :

I laid out my clothes one day last week, the cat had a mad dash around the room and my socks were gone forever!!! God knows what she did with them?? Buried them? Ate them??

Ha ha ha RG22 - perhaps we're onto something here - it's been cats pinching socks all along .

Not in this house.....it's Mr B who pinches my socks! They turn up later in the laundry basket with holes in the toes from his big feet Bigfeet.

I always buy socks of exactly the same colour now, so it doesn't matter of they get mixed up, as they're all the same anyway.

and there was I thinking kittens liked mittens, not socks..

For anybody missing socks they're usually stuck to the drum in the washing machine.

They'd be more likely to think it if you were called Bigpenis though!!
