She has, unfortunately gone down considerably in my opinion after her inexcusable blow up at Lorraine.
That in itself could have been forgiven because of the pressure but when she'd had the opportunity to calm down she made an even more outrageous comment about 'managing crazy people'. A lot of bosses can get a bit hot under the collar in the pressure of the moment but those that 'carry a grudge' are a nightmare. |

I just don't get it. I think she is absolutely minging in every sense of the word. She looks unwashed. She has spots which can't be helped but Yasmina please wash your hair. Once you're familiar with a bottle of shampoo then pass to Lorraine.

I'm not too keen on Yasmina' face but have to admit i did like the clip on last night's You're Fired from the first episode when she is bending over whilst wearing the rather revealing maid's outfit

I've never rated Yasmina... OK, so she may be able to manage a team in a halfway decent manner, but if you were a corporate client, would YOU order any of her canapes again? Even in this week's task, she agreed to an old rehashed "family" theme for Margate, and once again ended up winning by default.
Yasmina also has an immature streak - her recent altercations with Lorraine do not make her look professional. Not only that, but she knifed her "friend" Paula in the back and said she would not hesitate to backstab in order to get ahead. Yas's restaurant may have garnered decent reviews, but on the back of her antics in this show, I would NOT hire her. |

I'm not feeling the Yasmina love either.
Far too aggressive and bitchy for my tastes. Bad enough to be one or the other but forgiveable. She also appears to think that she is always right and that the world revolves around her I don't think she's dirty as other people have been saying, it's just that some people can look extremely well groomed with very little effort and others can spend a lot of time and only look halfway decent or tidy. She does, however, look like she gets all her clothes from Primani |

I completely agree - I think she is an awful candidate. Anyone remember the food task. It was horrendous! I am staggered that people are loving her. |

Wow people are really going overboard on her personal appearance. Her hair is ok, looks a bit greasy at times but was fine in the last episode. She just seems to have lifeless, flat hair and maybe she just likes to keep it simple?
So she has a few blemishes here and there, she could wear make up to cover it up but she doesn't. I kind of like that she's by no means a 'minger' but is confident enough to not put layers of make up on. Some people have been saying her skin is patchy and whatever, she has a kind of a yellowy skin tone...not white, not dark and some people are calling her dirty for it! Wow I wrote way much more than I wanted but you guys are harsh. |

As I said in another thread that Yasmina was out of order with Lorraine but I can understand why.
Yasmina told Lorraine early in the morning that she needs blank space to place text over the photos. Lorraine looked like she understood and had no objections. Yasmina repeated herself again to Lorraine and Ben in the car. Again Lorraine didn't raise her objections to Yasmina. Then Lorraine 40 min before the deadline decided to raise her objections against the text being over the photos!!! I would have been annoyed as well. |

There's no point in inviting a critique and then throwing your toys out of the pram when you don't get the answer yop want. That is the action of a spoiled brat and not one of a high end businessman. I think most people understand that very well which is why at the time of posting this Yasmina has gone down from favourite to win at 37% of the vote to 23% despite there being Mona's percentage points to redistribute. |

Lorraine should have got the boot by now anyway, she is annoying and Yasmina had every right to have a go at her

Well from her interviews it looks like Mona's own vote would go to Yasmina to win.
![]() I also still voted for Yasmna but I'm no longer as confident. (Which is also irrelevant in the overall scheme of things ).I don't hold the flare up at Lorraine against her. In the extremely pressured environment I think that;s excusable. What really bothers me is that even when she had calmed down and was doing a piece to camera she didn't realise that she'd overstepped the mark and, worse, implicitly accused Lorraine of being crazy (for which we saw no evidence). If I were employing a manager I would be extremely worried concerned that they were unable to put a personal disagreement behind them and come up with a more level headed assesment. |

I only suggested that, having worked together, Mona's opinion on Yasmina should be more relevant than any of ours because we can only base our opinions on what is shown. |

At the end of the day, I guess only Sirallun's opinion is the only one that is relevant.

But you do make a good point too. Yasmina seems unable to deal with too much pressure. And the only way she seems to be able to put disagreements behind her is by blaming the other person.
![]() Although I have to admit that I like it when she raises her voice. It has a nice tone even when she's ticked off.

![]() Last week when Lorraine was complaining about the sub-team not pulling their weight Yasmina's face to camera was priceless. And it made her seem particularly attractive. |

she has the most terrible skin, not a couple of blemishes as someone else pointed out earlier in the thread but huge spots, open pores, blemishes and a very oily complexion, her hair is also v. greasy. She doesn't have to look like a supermodel but at the moment she looks well rough a bit of care and attention and maybe some mattifying lotion might help with the corporate image.
