Kate reminds me of Tina Teaspoon from Button moon. I'm quite surprised that many of you find Yasmina attractive. She has a great figure but is facially unattractive IMO and badly needs some oxy10 and shampoo. I think Mona is very pretty.

Kate is an attractive girl but Yasmina has the best boobs and should get the job on that basis alone.

Kate's a pretty girl, for sure, but I agree that art is enhancing nature just a bit too zealously.

Mona is beautiful and Paula has the best hair I've seen for a long time. What I wouldn't do for a head full of red curls.

But I think Yasmina is probably the best looking. Probably not to everyone's taste, but very distinctive and unusual. I'm obsessed with her eyebrows which are perfect.

I must say I've been very impressed with Mona and Yasmina's clothes this season. They really know how to dress. The suit and tie combo which Kate wore to the boardroom this week however was hideous.

What planet are you on? Is this Kate in disguise? I can't think of anyone who would write this with sincerity.

Why not? There are plenty of naturally good-looking women who nonetheless use a lot of (too much) makeup.

She's not stunning, but I wouldn't say she has no naturall beauty. Indeed, she may look better with less makeup.

She's pretty and has a mischiveous look sometimes that is attractive. but I wou;dn't have said she was any more attractive than Mona or Paula.

She did indeed turn on him. This was a ruthless side to Kate I had not expected since she seems ususally to be everyone's friend and too laid back to descend to infighting.

After watching some clips of Philip and Kate on 'you've been fired' I think Kate is very attractive with all the 'slap' but looks completely different without so much of it. Not particularly beautiful but fairly pretty. Certainly not a stunner.

Kate is not beautiful but she is very very sexy.

That little dance she does every time she comes out of the boardroom a winner is a real turn on.

She is always smiling and has a very mischievous smile.

When she lounges around the penthouse with her long hair, she looks gorgeous.

She's attractive in the same way Desert Orchid was attractive.

According to one of Phil's interviews she had said that she would do that. At the end of the day she knew (she must of) that she wasn't going and I think was just trying to ascertain Sir Alan that she was fully committed and her personal relationships don't cloud her views.

What Kate said about Philip was fair. She hardly pulled some horrible dig out of the bag. She was forced into that situation to show that she wasn't someone who's personal relationship clouded their judgement. She may have been safe last week, but she wouldn't want Sir alan thinking that Philip distracted her whether true or not. This is a job interview at the end of the day. And Phil certainly didn't think badly of her for doing it.

The thing with Kate more so than some of the others is that she has great people skills. The fact she managed a team with some overbearing and highly critical types with even the most critical commending her is a skill that she has that some of the others lack, but highly critical in a business environment. Some of the others weaknesses are more obvious than hers. She seems highly respected by the two interviewers and most people in the team which will take her a long way.

Jade isn't (wasn't) white either...as you well know, so in fact you have always been consistent. Busted!
