That's a nice website, are you the owner?

I don't think this thread would be stickied, but you could post the link on the Greytop thread which is where we tend to go for any articles/news/videos etc.

What a lovely website. I thought Cherie was a beautiful dancer and what a fantastic figure! Her relationship with James was very touching and their Rumba was one of the highlights of the Tour for me.

It is very interesting to read about her achievements etc so I will be popping in occasionally.

O alright, I own up....

Yes, I am that mad Dutchie called Nathalie - a.k.a. Strictly-Lunghi.... Steve was Italiandancer on the BBC Message Boards.

So you guys like what you see? We spent more than 6 months delving into Cherie's work - it is amazing to see what she has done! Hope you will take the time to read about it all....

O alright, I own up.... LOL....

Yes I am the co-founder of Lunghitude - I am Nathalie a.k.a. Strictly-Lunghi as I was known on the BBC Message Boards. Steve was Italiandancer.

We remain Unofficial until Cherie would accept us as the Real Deal - Steve and I have both contacted her. Time will tell....

Nearly 6 months went into the research that we did - it still continues. But we made it our business to launch before Cherie's birthday on April 4th, and we finally did on March 31st. A lot of time, effort and yes, money has gone into this.

I am the founder of C.L.A.S.S. - the Cherie Lunghi Appreciation and Salutation Society. It is now the name of our Forum on Lunghitude.

Hope to see you all there!

I liked Cherie since seeing her in the Monocled Mutineer opposite a much younger Paul McGann (man is that showing my age) and I was hoping she'd prove a few folks wrong who wrote her off as too old to be any good before the competition started so I'll seriously consider joining too. Also had privilege of seeing rhumba and AS live.
