I have just got this phone but when I put in the micro SD card in it will show my photos, but it will not show my MP3 music

If I put my card in another phone they all appear does anyone know what this might be as Orange are being unhelpful to say the least

This sound like you have used your memory card in a different phone previously. If this is the case, then i may know what the problem is. When you put a memory card into a phone for the first time, the phone normally formats the memory card and creates folders to put different files in e.g.) videos for videos, pictures for pictures. When it comes to music, some phones create this folder as sounds, other phones create the folder as music or something similar. So say your previous phone created the folder as sounds and your music is in the sounds folder, the ks360 may look for music tracks in a music folder that it has created and therefore it thinks there isnt any music as the phone isnt set up for looking for music in a folder called sounds. Best thing to do is connect your phone to computer via usb, (you need to set the usb connection setting on your phone as mass storage), open to explore files then see what folder your music is in, and if there is a different folder associated with music, cut and paste your music into that folder then see what happens.
