Error Message "error when write data to registry"

Every time I open a new window in explorer/ internet explorer I get an error message "error when write data to registry"
It seem to have started when I downloaded IEJet popup killer and Ad stopper
How do I stop the error message?
It's doing my head in.
Windows Vista.
EDIT.... Sorted, I just disabled IEJet.. :o

    Is that software compatible with Vista? Their FAQs suggest it's not.
