Hi,

I'm at the end of my 18 month contract with 3 (I think!), and am looking to upgrade my phone. Trouble is I don't want to pay more than I am on (£18 per month) and I don't like any of the phones for that price.

The phones I want are at the £25 or £30 bracket. I really wanted the Samsumg Pixon but would settle for the Tocco Ultra.

If I threaten to leave/cancel, what is the likelihood of me being offered a good deal to stay? Anyone have any experience of this with 3?

I've had some deals in the past from 3 retentions. Threaten to cancel, refuse the deal they offer you if it isn't what you want. They'll likely call back and offer you a better deal. They've got to treat your cancel threat seriously to offer you the best deals.
