I have a scantronic 9427 style alarm in my house but i have never used it, but as i am going away tomorrow i would like to know how to use it and set the code for it basically, i've tried googling for manuals and there are a lot of threads about it but i can't seem to find a manual for that particular model, any help please?

http://www.mrsecurity.com/usermanuals/index.html
no 9427 listed there, but may still come in useful (should be same as 9448) |

Scantronic 9427 seems to be the make/model of the keypad. What details of make/model are on the alarm control panel?
EDIT: And I bet more people will look at your thread if you say in the title with what you need advice. |

Anyway, here is a link to the user manual for a panel which supports the 9427 keypad. You will see instructions in there about how to change the user code: http://www.jpalarms.co.uk/Docs/9448_...572_iss_2).pdf |
