No Display
I bought a mobile over the internet.
Sony Ericsson J 132 Came from e2save and arrived next day special delivery. It was only £13.95 delivered with £10 of Virgin airtime so a pretty good deal. I haven't made any calls on it but when I switched it on tonight to try the radio the display lights up but no writing comes up on the screen. I received it last Sat so just over a week ago. Any ideas what might be wrong ? |

I wondered if it was worth sending back a £4 phone but I finally decided ......yes,even at £4 it should work.
I sent back the essentials phone, charger, headset, handbook etc but not all the other advertising etc bumph and I kept the SIM as it's got £10 on it. It was £1.41 to send and I got a proof of postage. e2save is part of Carphone Warehouse so I hope they send me a new one. Not paying to send it recorded. |
