Is this official or not? It looks and sounds like it is part of what the BBC are doing to provide easily accessible internet radio feeds for portable devices, and provides a list of those already available for all national BBC channels, such as Radio 2 on

which is clearly coming from the official BBC website, and does work. They also say that they are working on providing similar Windows Media streams for BBC local radio stations so that they can be listened to on devices like the iPhone and iPod touch which don't have a free media player capable of playing Real Media streams (the only format BBC local radio stations are currentyl available in), and they have a newsletter whcih I subscribed to, which certainly makes it seem like it is an official BBC partner, but the more I read, the more I think it is a third-party posting links of official BBC streams for some reason I have yet to determine (they can't be making money from it, as FStream, the iPhone/iPod touch app they recommend is free). Then again, I'd never have found FStream otherwise, as it is a superb app and provided you take half an hour or so to learn how to work out the correct link it needs, can receive every radio station I tried (except those local BBC stations).
I'm aware of Wunder Radio, but I'm not paying around £4 for an app when a free one is likely to do everything it can do soon. So who is behind the bbcstreams.com website? I did a lookup on it and it seems to be non-official, but at the same time they are not trying to sell anything, so I'm a bit confused.
