there are a million things.
it is covered by a 24 month warranty. possibly the most obvious thing to try is a full reset: To reset using the three keys technique power off the phone, hold down the green call key, the number '3' key and the star '*' key. Then power on the phone. follow the on screen instructions. but you will losing everything on the phone not the memory card. but that is very extreme. it could be to do with your phone updating on the network. swapping the sim to another phone would cause it to update on the network, which may provide a temp fix. when the problem is affecting you have you tried pulling the battery out then restarting. |

oh right so it's an N95 8GB. yeah the 8 gig of storage would be treated like the memory card. you wont lose what's on that.
and the other stuff you can back up first using the pc suite, or indeed the phone's internal backup option menu - tools - utilities - Memory - options - backup phone memory. this will copy stuff from your phone to it's 'memory card' the other thing to try whilst you are there is to see if there is a software update for your phone. look here: http://europe.nokia.com/A4577224# doing the software up date and the '3 keys reset' are very similar but the reset installs the existing software, the update installs new software. |

phone off, hold down the 3 buttons and power on whilst holding them???
did it do the reset but the reset didn't work??? or it didn't do the reset? if it's the latter then you didn't do it right as it does work. do you have broad band, a windows pc and a usb cable. you could do the nokia software updater route. that will do the same thing. |
