Orange 3G
My Orange PAYG sim is a normal one (a free one from the internet, direct from Orange) and its in my Nokia E65 (locked to Orange) currently. It won't get 3G and when the phone enters 3G mode (it detects it in the area) Orange disappears from the display and there's no network or signal. Am i right in saying i need to somehow get a 3G sim from Orange?

When I worked for Orange the 3G SIMs were indeed different.

If the SIM is green in colour , it's 3g-enabled
Anything else is 2G only |

Its colour is Orange. So how do i go about getting one of these Green 3G sims? And can i have my account transferred to it, don't really want to have to start again and lose my credit!

Ring orange, and ask them to send you a 3g sim card, your number, credit, will be transferred automatically.
