Hi

My phone arrived this morning... 8.30am.... it has been charging since.. the booklets don't mention how long to charge it for though.

I remember it used to be for 16hours before you first use the phone. However... since they changed to lithium-ion ones, I thought that it was just until it said that the Battery was full, because then you're only really heating the charger because it automatically stops charging once it says "battery full, unplug from power"

Well 1h 30m later and it says battery full... Should I continue letting it charge, or is it okay for me to use now?

Once the battery is showing charged you're fine, as they will come with residual charge on the battery anyway.

The S8300 doesn't have a great usage on battery, better than some, but it charges very quickly. I'd say under 2 hours for a full charge!
