I got a new Viewty, it asked me for my pin code [even though i had never set one]. looked on the 02 site and they said it was 5555. NO!

What do i do? I suspect this phone has been used and returned, previous owner seting a pin code. The earphones and installation PC suite were missing from the box.

If i got the PUK code, would that still want the pin code afterunblocked the phone or could i set my own then?

If you use a PUK code it then prompts you to enter a new PIN code, you won't need the old one.

The default PIN Code should be either 0000 or 1234. Try the 0000 first though.

It used to be 5555, but the latest default number appears to be 0000.

Yep it's 0000 but as said.

It was 1234.
