Okay so I would liek to set up email on my Nokia N95. I am a bit confused though. I have chose POP3 option as I would liek to use my hotmail. Ive entered my email address and now its asking for incoming and outgoing mail server and access point. Now im confused.

Somebody just told me that I cant have hotmail on my phone so how do I go about getting any type of email?

you can't have hotmail if you have a free hotmail account. or atleast you can't use the phone's mail client.

we can talk you through setting up email using the phone's email function buy you would need a willing email provider. i would recommend googlemail if you don't have another suitable account.

and not to pre-empt anything but IMAP4 is more suited to mobile email than pop3

Ahhh im at work at the moment so cant download but im still really confused anyway hahaha maybe I should just leave it. Its just I wanted to be able to email pictures from my phone to the computer. Dont think there is any other way of putting them on comp without the usb is there.

there are a few ways.

don't know what network you are on but you can usually MMS them to email addresses. or you can MMS them to someone who has the ability to connect, and email, (i'd do that if you wich,) or bluetooth them to someone who can connect their phone to their computer.

or you can go to that link i posted above and download the messenger/hotmail app directly to your phone.

Hmmm iv gone to link using my phone and downloaded them but its not worked how they say. when I go into the email bit theres nothing there. Is it because I already tried to do it myself and got it wrong? Its saying I cant change mailbox type and stuff.
