Timed Power off problem (Foxsat- HDR)
In the foxsat menu I have set a time of 23.30 for the machine to switch off --- but it does'nt.
Today, I have tried various times for switch off between 9 this morning and 6 tonight and it worked every time. It would appear that any time I set after 6 at night just does'nt seem to work. What am I doing wrong or do I have a faulty machine. |

What am I doing wrong or do I have a faulty machine. The only problem is, if I forget and it is left powered on for a couple of days, the responsiveness of the box reduces to worse than it's normal (slow) speed and then crashes, requiring a power cycle to bring it back to life. I wonder which will come first, a firmware update to fix the numerous show stopping problems with the HDR, or a freesat PVR from another manufacturer? - If there was an alternative product, my HDR would have been on eBay a long time ago! |
