Has anyone come across the above. Seems to be a joint venture with Amazon giving you Amazon gift vouchers for recycling phones. My basic question is do the phones have to be in working order ? I have a drawerful of old phones in various condition. For example will I be able to claim the £31 as listed for a Nokia 6120 I dropped in a cup of coffee. I have tried ringing the 0845 number listed on the website and it doesn't work.

I only knew about this because I received an envelope included in an Amazon order, in which to put the mobile phone. No mention of the above, although a mention of the website. I bet a lot of people just put any old junk in it and send it off.

I doubt many people would send something off without checking what they are doing first.

I used this website to trade in a Sony Ericsson phone I had and got £40 of Amazon vouchers. My phone was in a working condition, but another phone I sent in did not work and I did not get any money for it. ts and cs on website pretty good guide.
