c905 problems ... again

Ok so get this, it wont charge via my pc usb port, it wont recognise earphones when there plugged in, it wont charge via the official se charger but it allows a connection from my sisters usb , however im not sure if it charges but i can use all modes, is there a specific mode to use that will charge it ?

phone mode will charge the phone via usb
