There's two good songs on it.. medicine ball, bagpipes for bagdad. that's it, the rest is boring.

Maybe because people (myself included) have differing opinions to yourself. That's something you need to accept.

I get that but if your an Eminem fan and have been since the beginning then surely you can comprehend that his earlier work is far more innovative and superior than this.

Im an Eminem fan, and Id call this album inconsistent. There are obvious mainstream, less innovative tracks on the album, but I can accept that. There are also gems on the album such as Beautiful, My Mom and Insane, the latter is imo really old skool Eminem. Not too keen on Bagpipes from Baghdad, for me the cultural references in this song, and in We Made you feel stale and all ready been said, bandwagon jumping almost, I do accept that this album was written ages ago, btw.

It's absolute crap, why does he insist on spitting bars in that stupid voice?

I'm a massive hiphop fan, but it's time for eminem to pack it in.

Heard it all before. A tune about his Mum? For god's sake.

And what's with the fake Caribbean accent he seems to be doing half the time?

I really like the album and you're just being deliberately awkward seeing as both those tracks are nowhere near the best on there. Maybe people like Bagpipes because it's very similar to past songs.

OK he does the stupid voice too much, only really letting rip with his own voice on a couple like the brilliant Underground.

I don't know about the album but his new single is complete bollocks. It's another case of sticking to what he's safe with. He is a cliché of himself now by having videos which just take the piss.

You should have realised by now that Eminem always comes with a debut novelty single, when he brings out a new album. It's usually one of the weakest tracks on each album and not anything to judge him on.

Taking cheap shots at other artists such as Britney, raping about racism or bigots whilst all the same writing homophobic bulls*t. Trying desperately hard to be funny.

Yep, its not like he was doing any of this 10 years ago.

He needs to go away, any sense of credibility or originality that he once had is without a doubt not present today, there's only so much you can rap about being white, stoned and American before it becomes tedious.

I have to say, lyrically and melodically the only 2 songs I have ever cared for of his, was "Stan" because it was tragic, and "Mosh", because I agreed with its message.

I think you need to accept that people have different tastes and that your opinion is not definitive. As far as I'm concerned, Eminem is amazingly creative and whereas a lot of rappers all sound pretty generic, he has a distinctive sound and there is a musicality about his rapping which others don't share. What relevance does whether an artist is 'pasty faced' as you put it have to the quality of their music?
