Was anyone else laughing out loud in the last episode when SAS was grilling Ben and mentioned "Captain Mainwaring" and the bean-tin burner?

That's got to be first time that Sir Alan has made a direct reference to a past candidate in the boardroom.

Yeah that made me chuckle.

The French excursion was the best task in S3, IMO. Not quite as great as Marrakesh, but not far off it.

Nothing will ever beat France for me.

But Marrakesh did have its moments!

Kosher chicken, attempts to bribe shop staff and Jenny C fired on her birthday. Now you can't beat that!

The cheese. The cheese. Never forget the best business talent in Britain thought it would be a good idea to sell processed cash and carry cheese to a French market. Oh, c'mon as they say! That was up there with I'm Jewish but I have never heard of Kosher.

The difference between france and marrakech was that thanks to Captain Mainwaring's brilliant thinking, he lost Sir Alan money.

In marrakech, they made no loss, but they showed themselves to be completely ignorant of different cultures and religions!

Captain Mainwaring and his blonde haired mistress did the same in France though, when they tried to sell pork sausages to a halal butcher - on Ramadan!

Paul was worse than Michael - Paul's accent really irritated me.

The other thing that made me laugh out loud last ep. was Margaret's comment re feeling a bit sorry for Ben because he had to spend the entire day with Debra.

Can't blame her for saying that!

It was that stupid little cooking device of Paul's that was the highlight for me

It was also a classic example of bringing in the wrong people into the boardroom. Captain Mainwaring had his relationship with Katie exposed after he brought back Adam (a.k.a. Pike) and Kristina - when he had no good reason to!
