Been a fan of Jarre since Oxygene was released all tose years ago, but never had the chance to see him live.

Went last night to Wembley Arena and saw him in Concert and wow, what a night.

Absolutely brilliant. Loved it. Fully recommend him.

I'm so jealous - glad yo had a good night though! He's on my list of artists to see live, although I'm not so keen on a couple of his later albums. However as a self confessed synth whore, the man is a god!

You wouldn't be disaapointed. It was just like a "Greatest Hits" show. Very good. All the "known" tunes.

My OH helped out with the engineering of the Docklands (Revolutions) gig, which was way before we met - I was so envious when he told me!

Saw him @ the NEC Birmingham back in the 90's promoting Oxygene 7-13. Excellent show.

Not keen on his recent stuff.

I will be at the Manchester show tonight and am so excited. It's the largest capactiy venue that he will be playing to on his world tour - 22,000!

I have only seen him once before in London Docklands and it jut blew me away even though I was only 11 at the time. The man is a genius.

wow, that was that legedary show where it was projected on the buildings wasnt it? My parents had bought Oxygene and it still reminds me of summer barbeques when they had it blasting out the speakers with a garden full of the neighbours, friends and their kids in the sunshine - happy days!

Enjoy it.

Just make sure you don't wrap up. We were baking last night, and I only had jeans and a lose thin shirt.

After 2 hrs we were all minging.

Look at the back of the auditorium too, where the lasers will be pointing. You get pretty patterns there.

Jean gets very active too when he's playing.

The laser harp is there too.

Seeing him tonight (Sunday) in Birmingham. Can't bloody wait
Is he playing all the old classics? If he doesn't do Revolutions I think I'll cry openly.

Like I said earlier. It's like a Greatest Hits show

Be prepared to feel the bass go right through you. And your ears will be ringing when you get outside.

I am a huge fan. I saw him when he did the Chronologie tour. Again not keen on his later stuff, well anything after Chronologie to be honest, some of it is pretty dire.
But Oxygene is a classic. A friend of mine went to Docklands, lucky so and so.

Sorry guy I missed your second post for some reason. The ticket was a birthday gift so I had no idea if it was a greatest hits tour or somehting new. Now I'm really excited

An incredibly show last night - you will not be disappointed.

All the stuff you would expect is there but no "revoloution" or "Rendezvous IV"

The sound was incredible and the lasers were much better than I was expecting judging by some early reviews.

Jarre is truly a genious.

Wow, that's all I can really say to sum up the Birmingham concert. WOW!!!
The lasers were just mind-blowing. Jarre seemed really up for it and was jumping around all the time telling Birmingham how much he loved the place
My favourite part of the night was Second Rendezvous - when he switched to the laser harp he went out of time with the music, it sounded really odd but at least proved to the cynics that he's playing live... 2 encores later and I couldn't believe how fast the time went, it was a mind blowing experience
To top it all off walking back to the car we passed the back stage doors and bumped into Frances Rimbert, looking very rock n roll in dark shades! Chatted to him for a few minutes, what a lovely guy. What a night!
