BBQs
As the nice weather and a bank holiday is upon us, will you be dusting the cobwebs away from your BBQ?
If so, what will you be cooking on it? I have got some sausages and BBQ sauce covered bacon chops. I also love marshmallows have have been done over it too

Was thinking about it tonight but it's raining now
![]() I'm looking for some wood chippings to experiment with smoking food to give them more of that BBQ flavour as we now have a gas BBQ. Also thinking of experiementing with pizza. It's a big BBQ with a lid with a temp guage and it says it goes upto 400. It'll be interesting to see if I can get it cooked with some wood burning oven type flavour and charring. |

The OH and I spent all of Friday afternoon building our new gas barbecue!!! It was too late to cook by the time we finished - ended up with a Chinese takeaway.
![]() But can't wait to get it fired up... |

Just had one. It was last minute so unfortunately only had frozen sausages & burgers. It's amazing though how even cheapo sausages taste so much better when barbecued

Had a BBQ yesterday.
Got a large packet of chicken wings(£1.79 from Tesco) with Paul Newman BBQ marinade. A packet of sausages and some salad. |

I haven't seen that for ages, unless it is a new one they brough out. I used to love that stuff. Very uniquely tasting BBQ sauce.
