Anyone notice Simon's cheeks/mouth area looks a bit swollen or something or is it just me ?

I was just going to start a thread about his nose He looks as though he's had some surgery that's made him look a bit swollen. His nose looks a different shape from usual

Yup. Trying to work out what's wrong with Simon's gob? Has he chipped a tooth or something? He's definately talking weirdly!

Yep. Dental work or botox I reckon. My son said he has a joker's mouth lol.

I noticed it on America's got talent and we reckoned he'd had botox.

I think he's had fillers in his nose to mouth lines, certainly making him talk differently.

Its very very obvious whatever it is....I mean...WHY did he do it.. he didnt need it at all. It has made him look very weird, I noticed it first on Oprah a few weeks ago. Does this settle down ... or is he going to remain like that. One can only hope it does settle down and return him to normal.

His top lip is so thin it disappears when he smiles!

Me and the OH noticed this tonight, Simon was talking odd as if he'd had his mouth numbed at the dentist and his bottom lip looked wierd...leads me to beleive he's had a spot or two of botox.

I thought he was full of botulism . Was he botoxed ?? Or had he jsut been to the dentist ??

Yes but when was speaking on the VT his top lip looked fuller.

We voted Botox in our house .

He has changed the whole shape of his lower face - quite sad really as he is a relatively good looking guy who doesnt really need inplants and lifts (except maybe in his shoes ). This will backfire on him in 10 years when his face will be so stretched and pulled he'll look like Joan Rivers - God forbid.

Is that what they call it these days? As someone else said above, it looked like fillers to me. His lower face looked frozen and shiny. Not a good look.

I didn't notice any difference in Simon's mouth at all.

I'll look out for it now though.

Botox or fillers defo... I noticed on American Idol. What an idiot ... some celebs take it too far. And looks like the joker now!

He looks like he's had a mild stroke - the whole right side of his face looks paralysed and droopy. Obviously his love for botox has gone a bit too far.
