Her performance had an alarmingly bad start, was flat in places, and she was out of time with the backing track (ie running fast). If she had performed that at the auditions she would have been lucky to get through.

Thats enough, Susan Boyle.

Of course she'll go through, but her performance was very, very average. Not at all special. A few bum notes, and quite a weak voice tonight, I thought.

Loved her first performance, still love Susan but that was the wrong song for her this time round. She struggled at the beginning although she pulled it off in the end.

She is indeed very talented but I don't think she rocked the world again at all. I enjoyed her performance tonight, it was still very good but it wasn't outstanding.

Voted for her anyway (and Diversity).

The thought millions all over the world would watch her...I amazed she even got 1 note out..Yes the start of the song was horrendous but when she grabbed her tummy you could see her pulling it together.

It must be absolutely nerve racking stepping on to that stage, this is only the second time she has sung live & to know like Simon said the whole world is watching her must have been doubly frightening.
A lot of singers can start songs badly when they are nervous but I thought she pulled it off brilliantly, the 2 best acts got through in my opinion.

The start of her performance was very bad, and her vibrato was all over the place. She picked up later on though and was better

Are you serious? Whether you like her or dislike her or even detest her, you cannot say that was average.

Anyway, For me, that was better than 'I dreamed a dream' and felt rather touched by her performance tonight. She's a lovely lady and doesn't take herself seriously, so any 'abuse' or critism she gets just shuns off of her. She's a true inspiration.

I'm sorry, but she was average tonight! Off-key in places and completely expressionless throughout! She had no connection with the lyrics and just seemed to be singing it as if she was singing a page of her local telephone directory!
