So that's Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, Status Quo, Tom Jones and Madness. All in to the 'Over 40's' tent then!

Wait until the Saturday night when a 59 year old will headline and play for just short of 3 hours and never stand still. An artist who changes the planned setlist nightly and will have the crowd eating out of his hand.

Then the younger acts will start having to think about stepping up their game a little. Maybe people will start understanding why these so called oldies have been around 30+ yearsm and command the big money.

For once, I wish I was going!

I've always loved Quo, CS&N, Neil Young and The Boss.

However - distance, mud () and lack of a like-minded companion stops me, not to mention getting jittery in a massive crowd.

Edit - it would have been great if Francis Rossi had kept his (recently cut) pony tail till the end of the set, had someone chop it off, tie it in a bag and throw it to the crowd!

Doesn't matter how old they are, Status Quo and Madness are both amazing live.
