Yes, she will learn it as she continues to study, but I don't mean stage presence. She has a very, very sound technical foundation anyway, which is a lot harder to achieve.

They do - in fact it is quite rare for a singer to move around unless they're actually singing opera, when they are required to act as well as sing (unless you're Natalie Dessay). A lot of singers are trained to sing when not moving.
And I've never sung with a mic unless it's broadcasting or a recording, I've never held one and I wouldn't do it really, because I hate it... On something like BGT when you're doing it infront of a non-silent audience with a backing track you can't really not... but with live musicians you do meter to each other without needing electronic gadgetry.
