I just noticed from recording the show and rewinding. Before the MD group walked off, the kids face was fine. After they walked past, he was crying and scratched near his lip! Did one of those scummy MD girls scratch him? If so, that says all that needs to be said about the sincerity of their anti violence message.

Remember they dance group had their faces painted so when they congratulated him the paint rubbed off on him.

I've just re-played it and it looks like brown make-up and definitely not a scratch!

It is makeup on his face. They had red and black all over them. There is no way he would have stood there and said those things about them if one had taken their nails to his cheek in anger.
