It's obvious that Carl Barat is clinging on to Pete these days because Dirty Pretty Things was a flop. Pete needs the money and the attention. Gary and Johnny will be up for it. could be the last great indie album of the decade.

I don't think Carl is really clinging to Pete- I think he's just enjoying the fact he has his best friend back and as well he should. Gary would be up for a reunion because he's wonderful, John I'm not so sure about (he didn't do the thing last week so he may not be as keen) and Pete is busy with Babyshambles and sorting himself out at the moment.

They need to do it when the time is right for them, not just the fans or for the money, and when it is (and I say when, not if) they will produce another stunning album. Just be patient!
