I don't think Good Evans will make it. Aiden definitely and Hollie might get the cutsie vote. I hope the saxophinist gets through.

I think Good Evans will make it, actually. They're the only "different" (i.e no pop or opera) singing act, they're cheesy, they got a full audition and decent enough singers. It depends on who else is in the semi-final, though.

But Chistato brought up an interesting point - the producers might want Susan to be the only female in the final, so that when she wins, it'll create even MORE hype.

I don't know about the Good Evans, since there's the draw-back for them that the judges at least only thought the boy was any good, charm aside, so if the rest of the family don't work whatever song they sing well, that could counter however good the boy is, and it depends who they're up against.

Is there only one semi final left....?

I hope Gregg does well and gets through, because I think he's good AND unique/different enough not to just seem like yet another singer making it to the finals.

Good Evans have not a hope. I sincerly hope Julian, the Saxophonist makes it... he was a class act.

Saxamaphone guy is a snoozefest. It's pretty much an all singer, all dancer final now so we may as well just have Hollie, Aiden, Good Evans and that awful little Oliver child in the mix.

We had to sit through so many duff acts tonight and then they go and put all of these on the same show? What a joke.

Aidan's my bet for second place in the final so he'll sail through his semi. He's easily the best 'street' kid dancer I've seen since Jacko himself.

Oh please no! Not him or Hollie. Both strike me as stage school trained, over-confident, unlikeable characters. :yawn: . Stick them in amongst a West End chorus somewhere.

I like Hollie, but don't like the Oliver! urchin very much. Good Evans are patchy and although Gregg is different/interesting (if you haven't heard that style of singing before; I have), he isn't outstandlingly good at what he does.

Out of those four acts you mentioned, I think Hollie & Aiden are the most deserving finalists (I would be surprised if Hollie fails to get enough votes given the amount of interest she has generated on YouTube [about the same as Shaheen]).

I really want Greg and Aidan to get through to the final on Friday night's semi-final.
Hopefully tonight will see Julian go through.

I just hope that it isn't another singer tonight. But there isn't much left to choose from out of tonight's line up so I hope that the other to go through will be a female act because there is only Susan Boyle in the final so far.
