In terms of who is the better singer I think:
1. Vanessa - has a wide vocal range
2. Una - nice tone
3. Rochelle - really distinctive voice
4.Frankie - one of the weaker singers to be honest, she struggles with the high-ish note she has to belt in their first single which makes me wonder why they gave her that part
5. Mollie - she just sounds really flat all the time

Dancing:
1. Frankie - She is able to give her dances moves that extra 'kick'
2. Rochelle - is fine
3.Vanessa - is fine
4. Una - dancing isn't her forte
5. Mollie - comes across as clumsy and not in time to the music

Likeability
1. Frankie - good looks, engages well with fans etc
2. Mollie - seems really popular with fans
3. Una - the Irish charm I guess
4. Vanessa - has the talent but not sure about stage presence
5. Rochelle - I like her but I think some people think she is maybe stuck up
