nokia 5800 memory card

Is there any way to iew the memory card settings on the phone? On my old Nokia I could go into a memory card option and format it, but can't seem to work out how to do this o th 5800. I've deleted everything off it I think, but would prefer to format to make sure.

open the file manager, options, memory card options.
