I work with someone who could be Debras twin. She is an out and out nightmare, is referred to as 'Hitler' and we all despise her. I'm her boss and she treats me as though I'm an annoyance.

If I had a choice, she'd be swinging from a gibbet by now.

No - she would frighten any customers away with her attitude.

From the clip for next week, it looks like she is in for a grilling:

"Have you ever told a work colleague to f off?"
"Yes"

Exactly. There are actually people out there with well rounded skills that can be the best that they can be in any given situation.....and not just one-dimensional ruthless robots.

I dunno about hiring her, I wouldn't mind her making love to me. But I'd have to check Debra after just in case I mistook her for a man. Eek.

God, no. She doesn't accept authority well. I could imagine her consistently trying to tell me how to do my (imaginary) job and undermining me.

And she'd drive everyone else mad.

I think she could run her own business well.

Exactly. She's cut out to be a boss and not an employee.

I'd imagine that she could eat SA for breakfast

Absolutely.

I'd want someone with spine.

Would you prefer a startled little fop like Howard?

Yes. Howard is respectful, polite and professional. Debra is a stroppy little madam with no integrity or respect for others.

I think you summed things up nicely there!
Bizarrely she was quite good at selling utter rubbish on TV shopping channels!
I couldn't cope with her completely two-faced mood swings.

That sounds about right!

Even employing her in a relatively independent job might be a problem as long as their is some kind of hierarchy and she's not at the top. Unless her boss always agreed with her and that's not likely.

Steady that's a bit harsh!.........................on Hitler

She would be good at telling people they were being made redundant, she would relish that.

I don't think she has much respect for others and she is aggressive - always much derided in women but admired in men! But I wouldn't say there has been much evidence of a lack of integrity. She took the rap for 'lying' about the reason for the blank Margate brochure when, in fact, that emanated from Howard. Weirdly, I think her determination to be herself, even when it plainly isn't what others want is a sort of integrity. To be honest, I would trust her more than Kate who says what she thinks people want to hear.

Certainly not

But I wouldnt have employed Lee....................or that forgettable one the year before....................or Michelle...................or nice but dim Tim

I would have employed Saira and Ruth,

I would if I ran a bailiffs company and needed another bailiff.

In an office environment, no way. You got to be mental to have her around.
