The Rob Apprentice...
Hi All,
Slightly OT but, I've got a job interview tomorrow for my first ever managerial role so here's the question... What attributes would yu say make a good manager. If I was to say I was like any if the remaining crop I'm a James-ish. That's to say, I'm friendly and ameniable. I know my industry very well. Where I do differ (I hope) is I don't get stage fright when I'm put on the spot, although I do get the odd 'd'oh! why didn't I think of that' moment occasionally. TIA, Rob. |

If it's likely to be a modern/'cliched' interview - rather than preparing your positive-pitch, I'd be coming up with 5 top faults which can be turned from negatives into killer positives cleverly.
![]() Good luck, anyway.
