Hi i saw the clips at the end of the main show and your fired and i was wondering who the interviews would be this year.

Last year we has

Bordan Tkachuk - CEO of Viglen
Claude littner - Used to run spurs for sas
Paul Kemsley - property magnate
Karen Brady - ceo of birmingham city

However last night it showed a new guy who i had never seen before at the interview stage. Any idea who he is ? Also i`m not so sure if Paul kemsley will be making an appearance as i heard somewhere that his businesses were in trouble.

I'm surprised they are all male, what with the strength of the female candidates this year making it pretty obvious there would be women in the final. Can't help but think a womans perspective on them would be of value here.

The worst one (Claude Litner) is still there, I'm afraid.

WORST?? Sorry but when you have waited weeks and weeks for these imbeciles to be found out for the cretins they are Claude is EXACTLY what I want.

Claude at least comes across as one of the more intelligent ones. It's that Paul chap I can't stand. I think he fancies himself the next SAS.

They should be tough, but my problem with Claude is that he doesn't give them a chance at all and just bulldozes over them. It's supposed to be an interview, not an execution.

No big fan og Paul Kemsley either, but he came across a bit better last year.

I like Bordan Tkachuk (aka Mr Serious). He also knows how to wind them all up.

I can't stand the interviewers. I know they want to get to the candidate's real personalities but there's no need for rudeness IMO.

I can't stand that Paul Kemsley - arrogant and a bully.

According to the radio times Paul Kemsley isn't on the interviewing panel this year.

Yep the rug is getting pulled from under the the feet of some previously smug property developers.

I think the bald guy is the rudest , Claude I think. He treats the candidates like dirt , I still can't forget the way he acted so ridiculously exasperted during Lucinda's interview as she looked on clamly.

Claude only has 1 interview technique which is intimidation and very outdated....just like him.
I have always found the best interviewers relax the candidate and get under their skin hence get the truth.
But then again this is Alan '80's Sugar with his old fashioned ways.

But do we need the truth? Well that level of embarrassing detail? Lee's CV wasn't that good in a couple of areas, but why publicly humiliate the guy. None of this year's lot deserve it, that's for certain. We're not talking Katie Hopkins here.

I hate the interviews, again very heavily edited as always. I know they have to have interviews but why not offscreen. Report back to SAS and then have one task where he can find 'reasons' to get rid of the three that 'fail'

That's why I thought Karen was the best interviewer last year.
