Sales - Debra, Kate, Lorraine, Yasmina, James (???) Am stuck on this one. It's hard as they all have varied performance.

Team playing - Kate, James, Yasmina, Debra, Lorraine

Communication Skills - Kate, Yasmina, James, Debra, Lorraine

Pitching (I've excluded TV as I don't think they will do TV presenting) - Kate, Debra, James, Lorraine/Yasmina

business acumen/Instinct - Lorraine, Yasmina, Kate, Debra

Ability to maintain personal relationships - James, Kate, Yasmina, Debra, Lorraine

Motivational Skills - Kate, Yasmina, James, Lorraine, Debra

Persuasion in the boardroom - Lorraine, Yasmina, Kate, James, Debra (but then I think Debra shouldn't be bottom).

Lorraine has no people skills and is not good at maintaining personal relationships - I'd say that was her weak spot.

Debra has no charm but she does have ambition.

Your rankings are too generous to Lorraine and Kate in my opinion.

For charm I'd have Debra last by a country mile
