Didn't know that either - so that makes Callum, Susan and DJ Talent who have varying degrees of disability but made it to the semi-finals. Callum's condition was even less noticeable to me, and I know plenty of auditistic people as I have a similar high-functioning condition, so I'm glad he was treated well.

I wouldn't say he was the strongest vocalist this year, child or otherwise, but he wasn't the weakest either, and puts on an entertaining show - poor co-ordination (dyspraxia) is common amongst autistic people, but he was clearly enjoying himself.

I did think Sallie from 2Grand (though not necessarily John too) was a better singer, but showed less personality on her own. At least Callum didn't see to suffer from anxiety about his performance, before or after the results, like I do when I perform. Good luck to him.

He provided sheer entertainment.

The boy has got charm and terrific personality. Unlike that girl singer who stormed off when she wasn't picked, he showed great maturity.

I liked him. I wanted him to get through.

I love how much he grins and smiles and how happy he is.

I thought his voice was weak and the act was cheesy. This part in bold especially, I agree with. They practically told him that he was in the final then Amanda and Simon vote against him. He wasn't good enough for the final let alone the West End. They could have made nice comments without exaggerating his talents and setting him up for a fall.

The kid performed well but it was more suited to a school stage production than live tv. I'm sure he'll be pretty happy to have reached as far as he did and what an experience to discuss with his class mates.
