The I had sizzleing fajitas for main and they were literally sizzeling, they bring it out on a tray all individually and you make your own, they had a tray of sizzeling onions, peppers, fillet steak and chicken mixed together, a tray with warm tortilla wraps and then a tray with salad, sour cream, salsa and guocamole.

Trust me If you ever go you will not want to leave its brilliant. Never been to Nando's but with a reasturante as good as Chiquito's aroung I dont really need to.”

That's how proper fajitas are always served. Even TGIFs there in Europe do that. One of my favorite meals.

An interesting fact also about Fajitas is that they are not even Mexican but originated in the American state of Texas, although influences are obviously there.

It's also nothing special to nandos. Most of the broad menu restuarants around here (usually classed as mediterranian but serve modern favourites) do fajitas in the way you have described. Even a Japanese restuarant does it. I guess they are just hedging their bets as it's a small town and want to give people not used to going out a broad and safe choice.

And how can you prove it was from Nandos?

Did environmental health go and take samples and officially advise that was the source of it?

The hospital told her it was what she had eaten in the last 8-10 hours or something. I didn't realise it could be that specific though

I had a Nando's style Peri Peri Half Chicken, with fries and corn on the cob plus unlimited salad, from Haversters yesterday. (Leeds White Rose Pub) and found it to be much better then it's Nando's counterpart. Very tender chicken, (although like Nandos' the chicken had not been marinated, just dipped in the sauce,) but none the less, a very nice meal and only £4.99 too.
