and what will you be serving?

I am having one tomorrow, going for quartered chicken with various nandos marinades.

Lemon pepper chicken drumsticks (my speciality)

Burgers and sausages for the kids

Jacket spuds

Pork steaks

BBQ wings by the bucket load (these go down a treat)

Various coleslaw and salads

Sounds delish OP!!!

We've had a few threads (the good weather does seem to inspire BBQ'S)

This one is probably the most comprehensive http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s....php?t=1027134

Oddly enough there isn't a sniff of a BBQ for me this weekend

It's weather like this that really makes me sad I don't have a garden, sigh.

I love BBQ's!

Had one yesterday and another today - only me and the OH though so...

Chicken Tikka skewers
Sweet Chilli Prawn skewers
Salad (with spring onion and radish from the veg patch - lettuce isn't ready yet)

Today it was peppered beef steaks with savoury rice and sides.

Got chicken breasts marinading for tomorrows...

I *love* those - can't get them here and they are one thing I don't know how to recreate! Your bbq sounds amazing in general but that's the dish I miss at mine!!

I went to two at the weekend but didn't have one myself!

I ate a burger one night and the other I only ate bread and salad as I was rather blootered

I'm glad somebody else feels the same way. Can't stand the things. Why we have to suffer someone else's food smells and noise the minute we get a bit of sun, I will never know.

Last year the Mail said that BBQs were to be banned, and I so hoped it was true. It was an April Fool.

Are you sure it was an April Fool? Sounds like the kind of bandwagon Daily Mail readers would jump on...
