i go to the chinease food shops in town and rummage around the fridges, so far i love swamp eel strips marinated in pawbean and deep fried, and pangasius fish.
then i buy something i have never tried before and bought cuttlefish chewing gum and decided that just didnt taste too right to me |

ok i did it i cooked jelly fish
this is what i made and this is how it looked http://i44.tinypic.com/2cctflh.jpg -tempura batterd jellyfish (sesame seeded) -on veg chestnut mush, toms, garlic onions green peppers cooked down in chilli bean paste and chinease 5 spice, (veg was fried in fish sauce before hand) - toasted the white rice in oil before hand (gives it a nutty flavour)with ginger then simmered until done - topped with shredded spicy kelp seaweed and a dash of soysauce it was actually quite yummy infact i posted this in the wrong thread a min ago hahaha |
