Can't wait to see this and if you're a Sci-fi fan you should have a look at this one.
It is the near future. Astronaut Sam Bell is living on the far side of the moon, completing a three-year contract with Lunar Industries to mine Earth’s primary source of energy, Helium-3. It is a lonely job, made harder by a broken satellite that allows no live communications home. Taped messages are all Sam can send and receive. Thankfully, his time on the moon is nearly over, and Sam will be reunited with his wife, Tess, and their three-year-old daughter, Eve, in only a few short weeks. Finally, he will leave the isolation of “Sarang,” the moon base that has been his home for so long, and he will finally have someone to talk to beyond “Gerty,” the base’s well-intentioned, but rather uncomplicated computer.
The trailer is on the IMDB site, but why not get it from here (about half way down) and watch it in glorious many-pixels (you may want to download it because it doesn't steam stutter free on VM 20Mb)

Awesome creepy looking film.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1182345/

Stated as a mid-July release for the UK.

Saw the trailer a while ago, looks awesome. Really hope it lives up to expectation, plus Sam Rockwell is cool, Kevin Spacey has a cool voice for the computer and Matt Berry's in it who i wont be able to take seriously.

I first heard about it because of being a Bowie fan but it does look really good - I think it's going to be on at my local Cineworld

well it's been released (very limited) in the US and is doing really well - it was only on 8 screens & made $136,046 which doesn't sound a lot but it made $17,006 per screen compared to Hangover which is the number 1 film in the US which only made $9,775 per screen over the weekends - so although it's number 20 in this weeks releases on total income it's number 2 if you work out the sums on average per screen - not bad going

Meh. I saw it at the Edinburgh Film fest and think it's overrated myself, but I appear to be in the minority. The ending is just WTF?

Well only 1 day to release but it looks like we're going to have to go for a drive to get to see it - it's not being shown at either of my local cinemas

As per usual my local cineworld doesn't have it....

The amount of times this has happened this year beggars belief. Plenty of room for the naff films though......

Looks a lot like Mission To Mars but I'm still looking forward to seeing this. Ran into Matt Berry outside a pub recently and will be interested to see him doing some serious acting.

It's Sam Rockwell's film. Everyone else on the credits basically has a cameo in it.

sometimes my local cineworld shows a movie a few weeks after it's released so there's always a chance that I'll see it soon.....

I'm hoping that it might be like Slumdog in that respect. Guess it all depends on how it does in the cinemas it's been released in.
