Well yeah it was obviously played up. She was nervous all through her song, but she decided to do the crying thing. That's not natural how she cried - it started out of nowhere, her face didn't display the emotion and it would suddenly stop dead.

Not planned but she's obviously a bit of a Squeem and Squeem Until I'm Sick kind of child.

I had to turn over at the point where Ant N Dec initially told her she couldn't perform again. Spoilt brat or not, it was difficult to watch.”

I thought it was uncomfortable viewing too.

The temper tantrum might have looked fake, but before that she was obviously very distressed.

I'm a BP - dont think pushy parents should encourage their pushy kids to go through this sort of thing,

Do you mean for giving her a second chance ?

If he hadn't given her another chance he would have been criucified anyway. So if it was the press he was worried about he wouldn't get out of critiscism anyway.

No in respect of letting younge children enter in the first place, or more for the fact the papers have been waiting for a live meltdown on one of his shows and now they've got it. This is not good telly and i bet offcom or whatevers phones are already in meltdown.

Blooming good for her. That was incredible and it took real guts to get back on that stage.

I really can't get over the nasty cynical comments on here. She's freaking EIGHT YEARS OLD and you're all calling her names - get over yourself and take a long hard look in the mirror. You are adults calling a CHILD names.
