I felt sorry for her. I believe it was genuine. Any other mother would have wanted to get her off the stage asap not beg for another shot!

Her mother should take her home not be pushing for her to perform again.

I do believe she genuinely broke down. I don't think she should be given another chance to perform though as it is unfair on the others and she is more than likely to get the sympathy votes.

That was what was more heartbreaking. The fact mum werent 'oh its ok doesnt matter lets go home' instead it was 'cant she start again' when she was still in floods!

The authorties have already had concern about it. I think we will now see a stautary age limited introduced of 16

I go the impression of a very pusshy mum there as well

Exactly.

Too many people have had their brains rotted by reality TV cons. To suggest a little girl thrown in front of that after 3 months of waiting and who was clearly nervous, was faking it, is beyond stupid.

She was distraught and panicked the first time. She's overwhelmed now. There's nothing fake about that. Do you think a 10 year old is machievellian enough to pull off a stunt like that. Your argument isn't just heartless. It actually defies ****ing logic. She's not Jodie Foster or Haley Joel Osment.

Just the way she reached out to her mum, completely lost. That's so familiar to me, watching children I love reach out like that. Totally authentic.

Too intelligent for the reality "experts" on DS, Scarlet. They give being moronic a new level.

The ones who are shouting fake would sh*t a brick if they had to get on that stage in front off millions of people. They have no idea the pressure of appearing on a live show like this in front of millions. She was fine in the auditions, it's the live bit that gets to them

It wasn't the mum freaking out on live TV for eejits like you to say she was faking was it. It was a kid FFS.

I agree. If that was one of my kids I would get them offstage to calm them down.

Not that one of my kids would be on a show that young and I say that having gone to stage school!
