Well clearly her health problems were mentioned previously; if you look at the links to the Daily Mail. She seems like a nice little girl though, it's not her fault her mum brought that up.

Because it may be harder for them- they have more to overcome.

It's a simple concept though I admit, it helps if you have at least a grain of empathy, which sadly, many people here appear to be lacking.
