Susan clobbered her own limping hype to death tonight with that terrible rendition of a classic.

She'll still be remembered as one of Western culture's "did we really hype that?" hangover-type moments.

No Susan's Hype has not been killed she will go on and sell albums.

What happens now? Well Big Brother's not long to start...

Susan is going to remain massive I think. The Americans seem to love her. Just because she didn't win the show doesn't mean she will automatically fade into obscurity. She is going to be constantly in the public eye I think. I just hope she can handle the media.

The show is about performing at the Royal Variety... Diversity will perform there and have a career performing shows, just like that MJ impersonator and fat guy have been doing for the last year or whatever.

What will happen is that Simon will sign her up anyway (probably with Shaun, Shaheen and any other singers he can make a few quid out of). As we've seen from the days of Pop Idol and Gareth Gates, not winning is not actually an impediment to the SyCo money making machine.

He can even take her to the US and play the sympathy angle as to how misguided the British public could be to not vote for her. I guarantee Boyle will appear somewhere on the next series of America's Got Talent but I'm not sure if Diversity will be awarded that privilege.

She'll have a very successful career. I think it'll go in a similar direction to Paul Potts. Album out soon, Promo tour and playing to packed niche markets or possibly west end musicals. She deserves every minute of it though.
